All
companies and businesses are required to prepare year end accounts
for tax purposes and limited companies need to prepare them for submission
to Companies House. We would aim to complete year end accounts as
timely as possible, usually within six weeks of us receiving the
books and records.

Preparation
of accounts is not solely restricted to annual accounts, which are
required to satisfy the taxman, but they are also a very useful tool
to show the performance of the company at various stages during the
financial year. We can prepare interim accounts to provide up to
date information, and graphical representations of that information,
as a picture can say a thousand words.

We
are authorised by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
to conduct audits for limited companies, solicitors, clubs and charities
as directed by the auditing standards. Audited accounts give assurance
to the user of the accounts, be it banks, investors and the general
public, that they have been prepared correctly and conform to the
various legislations.
We can also conduct internal audits, which look at the accounting
systems of a company, to try to find ways of improving the company’s
systems and procedures, and aim to improved efficiency. |
