It is
no secret that times have been tough for small businesses over that
last few years, so it is more important than ever that your
businesses reduce their risks in terms of the businesses you choose
to work with so that you know that these companies have the
capabilities to fulfil their promises to you, either as your client
or as your supplier. This is why we have recently subscribed to a
system whereby we can monitor any business or businesses on behalf
of our clients, so that any changes in companies house, any court
actions and any changes in credit risk is notified to us as it
happens.
If you would like more info
about this, or would like us to check any of your client companies,
kindly advise and we would be pleased to help.

19th July
It seems that we cant get away from news about the Murdoch Empire at the moment, perhaps it is, at least, distracting us from the state of the economy at the moment? Perhaps with all the controversy we will begin to hear more about the Anti-Bribery Act which came into force on 1st July 2011.

We have been busy working hard for our clients to
ensure that all P11D forms which should have been completed and
submitted to HMRC in order to avoid penalties have been prepared in
time.
We would also like to take the opportunity to
remind clients that Class 1A NIC is due to be paid
to HMRC by the 19th July. We would also like to remind you
that the 2nd instalment of 2010/11 self assessment tax is due for
payment on 31st July
