When you call our staff to make an appointment you will receive a confirmation email or fax and an invoice for £250 plus VAT payable before our meeting. We accept payment by cheque or most credit / debit cards, just ask for details. Once you have booked an confirmed, we will call you at a convenient time and during a fifteen minute phone call we will get you started on identifying the most pressing and difficult challenges faced by you and the business so that we both come to our meeting prepared to get the most out of our time together. Naturally we will be talking figures so you must have your latest sets of annual and monthly or quarterly accounts to hand together with any current business performance measures you have.
Then during our meeting we will identify with you the IMMEDIATE danger items and the potential THREATS and identify what can be done to change them.
