** After 1 year, a £10 + VAT retainer is payable by standing order each month in order to keep the website live. This covers hosting, email accounts, domain name renewal and includes free minor amends to the site up to 15 minutes work twice per year and a Google rankings review and keyword changes annually as needed. No minimum contract period during retainer duration, but we do ask for 3 months notice prior to cancellation.
